This is primarily used for the one-to-one on-demand training between a pastor/staff and a ministry leader. This can be used for training small group volunteer leaders, youth ministry workers, ministry leaders, elders, staff, etc. RightNow has hundreds of training posts and courses, built around our extensive library of illustrations, real-life stories, and training videos. You can send them out to your ministry leaders as is or you can customize the posts to make them your own. The ministry leader will have the ability to respond to questions and comments left within the training post. As their admin, you will be able to view their responses and track their progress through the training
