CSU Navigators Jim & Linda Rinella
The CSU Navs ministry is closely linked with Clearwater Church in many ways. Randy Kroening is a frequent speaker for the Navs group at CSU as well as Navigator region wide conferences. We want college students to see the value of the local church and students from Navs consider Clearwater their home church. Clearwater often hosts Navigator events in the church building. It is a beautiful partnership.

The Navigators is an international, interdenominational Christian ministry established in 1933. Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, The Navigators has spread to more than 100 countries.

The Navigators family includes our staff and those who work alongside our staff, whose hearts beat with the passion of our motto: “To Know Christ and to Make Him Known®.” We are a community of hundreds of thousands of everyday people who influence others for God’s glory in our normal pathways of life.

The mission of The Navigators is to advance the gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through life-on-life mentoring—or discipling—relationships with people, and equipping them to do the same for others. It’s what we call “generational multiplication,” as described in 2 Timothy: And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others (2 Timothy 2:2 NIV).

Every Navigator’s passion is to help others know Christ and to make Him known®. Through small-group Bible studies and life-on-life discipleship, we come alongside people and teach them to be Christ’s followers as they study and apply the Word of God to chart their lives. Then we train them to pass what they have learned on to others.

Every year in our Collegiate ministry we see thousands of students meet Christ, grow in Him, and become totally available to God during college and after they graduate. Throughout their college careers, we help these students develop strong spiritual foundations and encourage them to pass on what they have learned to their friends and family. We develop life-long laborers in the Kingdom.
