FAQ
Have questions? We have the answers!
Timnath was chosen for its central location in Northern Colorado, which will allow us to expand our outreach and accessibility. This location places us strategically to engage more effectively with the community and serve a broader geographic area.
There are many ways to get involved, from joining prayer teams and volunteering for move-related tasks to participating in planning committees and community outreach programs. We encourage you to sign up through our dedicated landing page or contact the church office for more details.
The current building has been sold to Mill City Church. This is part of our strategic move to better serve our community and expand our ministries. The Mill City will take over after we transition to our new location in Timnath, but we will lease from them in the interim. We are committed to ensuring that all current activities and programs are smoothly transitioned without interruption.
Our goal is to maintain continuity of worship and all church services throughout the transition. Any changes to service times or locations will be clearly communicated well in advance. We are also planning special services to mark our last day in the current building and our first day in Timnath.
The move is structured into five phases, starting with prayer and preparation and culminating in our growth and thriving in Timnath. We anticipate being in our temporary facilities by the start of next year and moving into our permanent building within three to five years, depending on construction progress and other factors.
Each ministry leader is developing detailed transition plans to ensure that their ministries continue to operate effectively during the move. These plans include temporary location setups, resource allocation, and volunteer support to ensure a seamless transition.
Some challenges include logistical complexities of moving to a new location, ensuring adequate facilities during the interim period, and keeping the congregation engaged and informed throughout the process. We are addressing these challenges through careful planning, community involvement, and regular communication.
Community support is crucial to the success of our move. We welcome donations to fund the relocation and new building efforts, volunteers to assist with various tasks, and ongoing prayer support. Engaging with our campaigns, attending informational meetings, and spreading the word are also great ways to help.
