We’re partnering to bring life-on-life ministry through counselor relationships in the midst of an exciting camp experience. Our enthusiastic staff meets each child where they’re at and cares for the individual needs of each child. Mark your calendar now for this unforgettable week, August 3-7, 2020!

Registration (ages 7-12)
All registrations must be submitted online. $25 is due at the time of registration. This amount is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit that holds your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before your camp week.

Crew Registration (ages 13-17)
Crew is an opportunity for late middle school and high school students to not just take part in a week of camp, but learn to lead alongside the counselors. There are only 10 spots available at a cost of $20 for the week. This $20 payment also acts as your cancellation fee and cannot be refunded. Ask your church staff for more information, or register online today!

If you need help registering, check out our registration walk through video.

Drop Off
You may drop off your campers between 8:30- 9:00 am each morning. On Monday morning, anticipate spending an extra 5-10 minutes checking in.

Pick Up
You may pick up your campers between 4:00- 4:15 pm each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please login to your online registration account and complete Pick up Authorization, within the Additional Questions section.

Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up! To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.

After Care
For those families who cannot make the normal pick up time, Eagle Lake is providing After Care until 5:30 Monday-Thursday for the first 20 campers who sign up during registration. Cost is $45 per camper.

Camp Store
The camp store will be open each afternoon for campers to purchase snacks and camp gear! Login to your account to load your camper’s store card online, prior to the first day of camp. Please note: we do not accept cash. At the end of the week, any remaining store credit is refunded back to the credit card used to make store card deposit.

Lunch
Campers are responsible for bringing their own sack lunch. Please pack lunch in an insulated container, as refrigeration will not be available.

Refer a Friend to Camp!
If you are a returning Day Camp On Location camper and you invite a friend, we’ll take $20 off your 2019 registration. We’ll also take $20 off your friend’s registration! Invite more friends for more discounts! For more information and to fill out the form to apply for this discount, please visit our Referral Discount page here.

Eagle Lake Camps inspires Christ-centered love and commitment through counselor relationships in the midst of exciting outdoor experiences.

We’re blob masters and tie-dye enthusiasts. We’re fiercely competitive when it comes to Gaga Ball championships. And while we may fight over whether the Big Bopper or the Choco Taco will take home the Ultimate Dessert gold (who are we kidding – Choco Taco never stood a chance), we can band together quicker than you can say “inside joke” to turn something into an inside joke, and then laugh about it until the cows come home. Which actually happens sometimes. (Hello, Midwest On Location Host Homes.)

But what we’re known for, and what we want YOU to know about us, is that:

WE LOVE JESUS. We believe that life-on-life discipleship will impact the world, and we know that intentional time in the Word will change hearts. So we commit ourselves to both in order to know Jesus better and to help others know Him, too.

WE LOVE FUN. We’re convinced that there is no better way to build life-long, life-changing relationships than through shared experiences and laughter. So we pave the way for both by hiring only the best staff and by working hard to create exceptional programs.

WE LOVE KIDS. We believe Jesus meant it when He said that the Kingdom belongs to such as these, so we’re doing our darndest to meet as many kids as we can right where they’re at, introducing them to Him and loving on them like He does in the process.

WE LOVE THE GREAT COMMISSION. You can bet that we’ll be spreading our enthusiasm for Jesus, kids, and fun wherever we’re at, whether on top of a Colorado mountain or out in the middle of a Missouri soybean field.

THE GOAL OF EAGLE LAKE CAMPS IS TO INSPIRE CHRIST-CENTERED LOVE AND COMMITMENT THROUGH COUNSELOR RELATIONSHIPS IN THE MIDST OF EXCITING OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES.
