As a result of COVID-19, Clearwater events, Sunday 9:00 a.m. classes and the 10:30 a.m. service are cancelled (*see below update for outdoor service information). In an effort to help prevent the spread of the virus, the whole church building will be closed during the Covid-19 crisis as well. This includes a closure of the building during our normal business hours. Only staff and employees may enter. Please call the church office if you need assistance (970) 223-5770. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates on our website, through email and on Facebook over the next few weeks. Thank you for understanding that our first priority is for the safety and health of our precious church family. We pray for everyone who is affected to experience God’s presence and healing in this unique season. We stand firm that our Almighty God is on the Throne and we abide in His Kingdom of Peace and that we can be hope and love for the world.

Activity Updates – Cancellations Due to COVID-19 Precautions
• All on site activities will be suspended until the time that church resumes as normal.
Dear Clearwater Family,
This is a message from pastor Randy Kroening. I have GREAT news! The state of Colorado has declared in written form – Colorado Health Order 20-29 (page 5 and page 29) on May 14, 2020 – that churches are considered critical businesses!
That means we are able to meet as a church, as long as we keep social distancing, and abide by certain state parameters.
We’re excited to announce we will meet as a church in a special outdoor service on Sunday, May 31! Meeting outdoors provides us with several options to keep everyone safe. We hope to continue to meet outdoors from May 31 through June until further orders come from the state. May 31 is Pentecost Sunday, celebrating the day the Holy Spirit came upon His church empowering them to reach the nations! We are asking the Holy Spirit to come upon us in a fresh way on that day!
Here’s the plan. We will meet at 10 a.m. because it’s cooler outside. In order to let people sit at distances that are safe, we ask you to bring your own chair (BYOC). We will have tents for you to sit under if you desire shade, or you can sit in the sunshine. The church building will be open for restroom use only.
If you don’t feel safe getting out of your car, we encourage you to drive up to the west parking lot (parking attendants will point the way) and face the stage. We will transmit the service on an FM transmitter, so you can listen inside of your car.
NO CHILDCARE WILL BE PROVIDED, but we will provide your children with activity bags that will keep them occupied during the service. The duration will be an hour in length, so the children will not get too rambunctious.
For this first service, we will not have communion as we are looking to find a way to do it in a safe way. We will not provide coffee or snacks either in order to keep people safe.
We miss you dear church! I look forward to seeing you a week from Sunday, May 31 at 10 a.m.!
See you soon!
This Week’s Talk
This week Randy will be talking on Acts 1:8, with his teaching message titled, “Naturally Supernatural”. Join us for our outdoor service this Sunday (5/31/2020) in the parking lot at 10:00 a.m. or watch for the talk later on our YouTube Channel: bit.ly/2UUr3Ra.
Media Volunteers Needed
